Pro Lite unlocks the full Pro feature set but skips TTSWP-managed credits and cloud storage. You bring your own ElevenLabs key, audio files stay on your WordPress server, and you pay a single $29 fee for the year.

If your ElevenLabs key is missing, revoked, or out of credits on Pro Lite, generation stops until you restore the key. Pro Lite has no TTSWP credit pool to fall back on.

Agency plan
Tiers: Agency Starter ($69/mo), Agency 500k, Agency 1M, Agency 2M, Agency 5M Best for: Agencies, freelancers with multiple client sites, resellers
One subscription, one shared credit pool, one set of branding settings that propagate to every connected client site. The agency owner pays and manages everything from app.ttswp.com; each client's WordPress admin shows only the controls the agency lets through.
What is included (on top of Pro)
- Shared credit pool across all connected sites. Any site can draw from the pool; you decide how with auto or manual allocation.
- White Label centralized at app.ttswp.com/agency/branding — plugin name, logo, plan label, footer text, and per-feature hide toggles propagate to every client site. See White Label.
- Master site designation. Top up, Upgrade, Manage Plan & Credits, and License remain visible on your own site. Every other connected site is treated as a client site and these controls disappear.
- Site cap per tier. Starter is 25 sites, 500k is 75, 1M is 200, 2M and 5M are unlimited.
- Per-site cap (optional). In auto mode, set a per-site ceiling so one busy site can't drain the pool.

How the credit pool works
The full monthly allowance lives at the user level, not the site level. Every connected site draws from the same pool until it's empty or the per-site cap is reached.
- Auto mode (default): any site can draw from the pool until the pool is empty. Optionally set a per-site cap in case one site runs hot.
- Manual mode: split the pool explicitly. Open the Dashboard, switch the Agency Pool card to manual, and enter an allocation for each site. The sum of allocations cannot exceed the pool.
Per-site allocations persist across monthly cycles — set once and forget. Only the usage counters reset each month when the pool refills. The reset date is shown on the Agency Pool card and propagates to every client site's plugin overview.
Adding client sites
Each client installs Text to Speech - TTSWP from WordPress.org and connects to your TTSWP account using your connect link. The site joins your agency pool automatically. Free welcome credits and Top up prompts are skipped on client sites — billing stays on your master site.
If you try to add a site beyond your tier's cap, the connect flow stops and the plugin shows a notice asking you to upgrade your tier. Existing connections are not affected.
Top-up credit packs
Available on any plan. Top-up credits never expire. TTSWP uses them only after your monthly balance is empty.
Pack sizes: 25k, 50k, 100k, 250k, 500k, 1M credits. Bigger packs have a better per-credit rate.

Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)
On any plan, including Free, you can connect your own ElevenLabs API key. When your TTSWP monthly credits run out, generation continues using your ElevenLabs account directly. No extra cost to TTSWP.

Upgrading and downgrading
- Upgrade: takes effect immediately. Your unused credits stay.
- Downgrade: takes effect on your next billing date. You keep your current plan until then.
- Cancel: keeps you on your plan until the end of the billing period, then drops you to Free.
