TTSWP offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription or credit pack. You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase as long as no credits have been used to generate audio. Once any credits have been consumed, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
1. The 14-day guarantee
The refund window starts on the date of your first successful payment and runs for 14 calendar days. The guarantee applies to your first paid subscription period and to any top-up credit pack. Renewals of an existing subscription are not covered.
To qualify, the credits attached to that purchase must remain unused. The moment any audio is generated using those credits, the purchase becomes final.
2. What "credits used" means
Generating any audio with TTSWP consumes credits. This includes single-post generation, batch jobs across multiple posts, and audio rebuilds after editing a post. Hero demos on the public site do not consume your credits.
You can see your current credit balance and full consumption history in the dashboard. If the consumption count is zero for the period in question, the purchase is refundable.
3. How to request a refund
Reach us through the Contact page within 14 days of the charge. Include the email on the account, the order or invoice number, the date of the charge, and a brief reason. We acknowledge requests within one business day.
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Stripe. Processing on our side takes 5-10 business days. Card refunds typically arrive in your statement 3-5 business days after we process them, depending on your bank.
4. Cancellation is not the same as a refund
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
If you want money back rather than just stopping future charges, request a refund explicitly within the 14-day window in addition to cancelling.
5. Renewal payments
Subscription renewals are not refundable. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before the renewal date shown on your billing dashboard. We send a renewal reminder by email before each charge.
6. Failed or duplicate charges
Failed charges that still capture funds, and any duplicate charge caused by a payment retry, are always refunded. Send us the transaction reference through the Contact page and we will reconcile within 5 business days.
7. Chargebacks
Contact us first. We can almost always resolve a billing question faster than your bank can. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension while the dispute is open, and we will respond to the payment processor with the relevant transaction and usage records.
8. Governing law and operator
This refund policy is part of the agreement described in our Terms of Service and is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. The Service is operated by Norse Digital Group LLC.
