Move up a tier to get more monthly credits, premium voices, and PRO features. Upgrades take effect immediately. Your unused credits stay on your account.
When to upgrade
Upgrade when you hit one or more of these:
- You have used up your 10,000 welcome credits and want predictable monthly access
- You want neural voices, Sticky Footer Player, or Waveform Progress Bar
- You need Speech-to-Text or bulk audio generation
- You run a commercial site and want priority support
How to upgrade
From your WordPress admin
- Click the Upgrade menu item in the plugin sidebar (or click Add More Credits at the bottom, then Upgrade).
- Pick your plan tier on the upgrade page.
- Choose monthly or yearly billing.
- Click Upgrade now.
- Complete payment in the Stripe checkout that opens.
From app.ttswp.com
- Go to app.ttswp.com/billing.
- Click Change plan.
- Pick a tier and billing cycle.
- Complete payment.
Yearly vs. monthly billing
Yearly billing is ~55% cheaper than monthly. The yearly price is charged as one upfront payment for 12 months of access.
Switch later:
- Monthly → Yearly: takes effect immediately, prorated
- Yearly → Monthly: takes effect when your current year ends
What happens to your credits
On upgrade:
- Monthly balance: refills to the new tier's allowance immediately (prorated by days remaining in your cycle)
- Top-up credits: stay untouched
- Welcome credits (if any): stay untouched
On downgrade:
- Takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You keep your current monthly balance until then
- Top-up credits are never lost

Common questions
Can I test PRO before upgrading? There is no free trial. Upgrade and cancel within 14 days for a full refund if the plan does not work for you.
What happens if my payment fails? We retry for three days, then email you a reminder. If payment still fails, your plan drops to Free but no audio is deleted.
Can I share a Pro plan across multiple sites? Each site needs its own connection. For multi-site billing, use the Agency plan which supports credit allocation across sites.
