1. Acceptance of these terms
By installing, connecting, or using the TTSWP WordPress plugin, the management dashboard, or any related service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is provided by Norse Digital Group LLC ("we", "us", "TTSWP"), a Wyoming-registered company. Engineering and original development is handled by Mementor AS in Norway. Both entities are part of the same product family.
2. The Service
TTSWP converts WordPress posts, pages, and WooCommerce products into MP3 audio files using third-party text to speech APIs (primarily ElevenLabs). The Service includes the WordPress plugin, the management dashboard, audio storage, and customer support as described in our plan documentation.
We may add, remove, or change features at any time. Material changes that reduce functionality on a paid plan will be communicated in advance and may, at our discretion, qualify the affected user for a prorated refund.
3. Accounts
To use paid features, you must register an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.
4. Subscriptions, payments, and refunds
Pro and Agency plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You can cancel from your billing dashboard at any time, and your plan continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refund terms:
- Top-up credit packs are refundable within 14 days if zero credits from the pack have been consumed.
- Subscriptions are not refundable. You can cancel at any time and your plan continues through the end of the current billing period.
- Material reductions in functionality on a paid plan may be eligible for prorated refund at our discretion.
Prices on the public pricing page are quoted in USD and exclude applicable VAT or sales tax.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to generate audio that:
- Is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
- Impersonates a real person without their explicit, documented consent
- Clones a voice in violation of ElevenLabs' terms or any applicable law
- Targets minors with deceptive or harmful content
- Is intended to harass, threaten, or deceive a specific individual
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.
6. Your content and intellectual property
You retain all rights to the source text and audio you generate through the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
The TTSWP plugin code, the dashboard software, our brand, and our documentation are owned by Norse Digital Group LLC and Mementor AS. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in line with your plan. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the plugin except as expressly allowed (Agency plan customers may resell under White Label terms).
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers including ElevenLabs (text to speech generation), Amazon Web Services (audio storage and delivery on paid plans), and Stripe (payment processing). Their terms and privacy policies apply to their portion of the Service. We are not responsible for their availability or actions.
8. Privacy and data handling
Our collection and handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you agree to those terms. We are GDPR compliant for EU customers.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any audio output will meet your expectations.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Norse Digital Group LLC and Mementor AS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the plugin and cancelling your subscription. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms, non-payment, or as required by law. On termination, sections 6, 9, 10, and 12 survive.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
