Free support

All users get free community support on the WordPress.org forum.

We read every post in the forum. Mark your thread as Resolved once your issue is fixed so others know.

PRO support

Paid Pro and Agency plans include priority email support.

  • How to reach us: go to Text to Speech → PRO Support inside your WordPress admin. The page has a contact form that pre-fills your plan and site information.
  • Response time: within 24 hours on business days, often faster
  • Best for: urgent issues, account or billing questions, integration help

Agency support

Agency plan customers also get:

  • A dedicated account contact
  • Help with White Label setup
  • Support for reselling the plugin to your own clients

What to include in a support request

The more specific you are, the faster we can help. A good support request includes:

  • WordPress version (find it in Dashboard → Updates)
  • Plugin version (find it in Plugins → Installed Plugins, under Text to Speech)
  • Your browser and version (Chrome 121, Firefox 120, etc.)
  • A clear description of what you tried (for example: "I clicked Generate on post ID 42, got an error popup saying...")
  • The exact error message (screenshot or copied text)
  • Steps to reproduce (so we can try it ourselves)
  • A screenshot if the issue is visual

Example of a great support request:

Plugin version: 3.2.0 WordPress version: 6.5.3 Browser: Chrome 121 on macOS

I clicked Generate on a post that is 3,500 characters long. After about 30 seconds I got "TTS synthesis failed: Operation timed out" as a red error popup.

I have 50,000 credits remaining. My plan is Pro Starter. I tried three times, same error each time.

Feature requests

We welcome feature requests. Send them through:

  • The WordPress.org forum (tag your post as "Feature Request")
  • The PRO Support contact form if you are on a paid plan

We read every request and prioritize based on how many users ask for it.

Bug reports

If you think you found a bug, include:

  • Everything from the list above (version, browser, steps)
  • What you expected to happen
  • What actually happened
  • If you can reproduce it reliably, describe the steps

We triage bug reports daily.

Security reports

If you find a security issue, please email us directly instead of posting publicly: security [at] mementor.no. We respond within 48 hours and coordinate disclosure responsibly.
