The Add More Credits button at the bottom of the plugin sidebar takes you to a one-click top-up purchase page. Buy a credit pack without leaving WordPress.
When to use this
- You are mid-month and need a quick credit boost without upgrading
- You want to stay on the Free plan but generate past the welcome credits
- You want a safety buffer for unpredictable high-volume generation

How it works
- Click Add More Credits at the bottom of the plugin sidebar.
- The page shows available credit packs with prices.
- Pick a pack.
- Click Buy now.
- A Stripe checkout opens in a new tab.
- Complete payment.
- Credits appear in your account immediately.
Available packs
Packs start at 25,000 credits. Bigger packs have a better per-credit rate:
- 25,000 credits
- 50,000 credits
- 100,000 credits
- 250,000 credits
- 500,000 credits
- 1,000,000 credits
Exact prices are shown on the page and update dynamically from app.ttswp.com.
Top-up credits never expire
Once purchased, top-up credits stay in your account until you use them. They do not reset on your billing date. They survive plan changes, downgrades, and cancellations.
How top-ups are used
TTSWP uses credits in this order:
- Monthly plan credits (if any)
- Top-up credits (kick in when monthly is empty)
- Your ElevenLabs key (BYOK, if connected)
You do not pick the order. It is automatic.
Refunds
Unused top-ups are refundable within 14 days. Contact support with your order ID.
