Every audio file TTSWP has generated lives here. Browse by post, search by title, play any file in place, and delete or download in bulk.
Open the Library
Go to Stats → Audio Library.
What you see
A table with one row per audio file. Columns:
- Post - the title of the post this audio belongs to (clickable)
- Voice - the voice used
- Language - the language code
- Size - file size in KB or MB
- Generated - when the audio was created
- Plays (30d) - how many times this file was played recently
- Actions - play, download, regenerate, delete
Search and filter
Above the table:
- Search - by post title or voice name
- Post type filter - limit to posts, pages, products, etc.
- Language filter
- Date range filter
Play in place
Click the play icon in any row. The audio plays in a small inline player. No page reload.
Download files
- Single file: click the download icon in the row
- Multiple files: check the boxes on the rows you want, then Bulk actions → Download (ZIP)
Delete files
Single or bulk:
- Check the rows you want to delete.
- Pick Bulk actions → Delete.
- Confirm.
Deleted audio files are gone immediately. The posts keep their content. To regenerate, go to the post and click Regenerate in the TTS column.
Total usage summary
The top of the page shows aggregate stats:
- Total files
- Total storage used
- Total play count (30d)
Useful if you need to report on audio assets or decide whether to clean up old files.

- Clean up old or test audio to free server space
- Bulk-download your whole catalog for backup
- Audit which voices you have used across the site
- Find the file for a specific post without clicking through
Storage location
Where your files actually live depends on your plan:
- Free plan: your WordPress server, inside
wp-content/uploads/text-to-speech-tts/ - Paid plans: TTSWP cloud (Amazon S3 + CloudFront)
- Custom S3 offload: your own Amazon S3 bucket
