Editorial Policy
Last reviewed:
This page explains how we create, review, and correct the content on ttswp.com. We publish it so readers and AI search engines can verify how our content is made.
Scope
This policy covers all content we publish: blog posts, documentation, marketing pages, and changelog entries. It does not cover audio files our customers generate with the plugin on their own sites.
How content is created
Every article starts with a topic drawn from real questions our customers ask. Articles are written with help from AI tools and reviewed by Thomas Alling, lead developer of TTSWP, before publication. The review adds first-hand product knowledge and removes anything we cannot stand behind.
Nothing publishes without that review.
AI assistance
AI is a writing tool here, not the author. We use AI models for drafting, editing, and translation, guided by our own prompts, glossaries, and per-language style guides. Audio narration comes from the TTSWP plugin itself, running on the same ElevenLabs engine our customers use.
Fact-checking
Product claims are checked against the current TTSWP release. Statistics must trace to a primary source we have read. If we cannot verify something, we remove it or label it clearly as opinion or first-hand experience.
Audio narration
Every blog post includes an MP3 narration generated with TTSWP, using the same voices and settings available to customers. If you hear it here, you can produce the same result on your own WordPress site. Running our own plugin daily means quality issues reach us before they reach you.
Citations and sources
We link to primary sources: W3C and WCAG specifications for accessibility, MDN for browser behavior, and official ElevenLabs and WordPress documentation for product details. The only affiliate link on this site is our ElevenLabs partner URL. We recommend the engine our own plugin runs on.
Privacy and customer data
Customer data is never used in editorial work and never sent to AI services for training. Text processed for audio narration passes through ElevenLabs at generation time only. We store nothing beyond the finished MP3 file, kept on the customer's behalf.
