Top-ups are one-time credit packs you can buy on top of any plan, including Free. Top-up credits never expire and never reset. They kick in only after your monthly allowance is empty.
When to buy a top-up
- You need extra credits this month without upgrading your plan
- You want a safety buffer for unexpected high-volume generation
- You are on the Free plan and want to keep generating past the welcome credits without committing to a subscription

Bigger packs have a better per-credit rate. The exact prices are shown on app.ttswp.com/billing and on the Add More Credits page in the plugin.

How top-up credits are used
TTSWP uses credit pools in this order:
- Monthly plan credits first
- Top-up credits once monthly credits are empty
- Your ElevenLabs key (BYOK) if connected and top-ups are empty
You do not pick the order. The plugin handles it silently. Your Quick Stats shows the combined total of monthly + top-up balance.
Top-up credits never expire
Top-up credits stay in your account until you use them. They do not reset on your billing date. They do not disappear if you cancel your plan and stay on Free.
Refunds
Top-ups are refundable within 14 days if you have not used them. Contact support through Text to Speech → PRO Support or email the address listed there.
